Overview
Eryxias is a process measurement and analytics tool for any repeatable operation — from automotive assembly lines to service workflows. You define the process, record how long each step takes, and the app produces charts and statistics that help you compare variants and identify the most time-efficient approach.
Core concepts
A named process you want to analyse, for example "Wheel assembly" or "Customer onboarding". A measurement groups all the tasks and recorded sessions for that process in one place.
An individual step within a measurement, for example "Torque bolts" or "Send welcome email". Each task can be timed independently so you can see where time is gained or lost.
The person or machine performing the tasks in a session. Tracking multiple actors lets you compare performance across individuals or shifts.
Typical workflow
- Define Tasks — create the individual steps you want to time, each with a name and a colour.
- Build a Model — group your tasks into a reusable template that defines which steps appear in a tracking session.
- Add a Measurement — create a named process backed by a model; this is where all recorded sessions are grouped.
- Record a session — open the measurement, select or assign actors, and tap to start and stop each task in real time.
- View Stats — after one or more sessions, open the Stats screen to see duration charts and occurrence counts per actor.
- Compare and decide — run the same process with a different order or different actors and compare the results to find the fastest variant.
