Data Retention

Free Tier

Data on the free tier is stored on a best-effort basis. While regular backups are performed, they are not replicated across multiple locations or regions. This means:

  • There is no guarantee of data availability in the event of a regional outage or infrastructure failure.
  • Backups exist but are single-location; point-in-time recovery may be limited.
  • No uptime or durability SLA is provided for free accounts.

If data durability and availability are important to you, consider upgrading to a paid plan.

Account Inactivity

Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period are subject to data purging. Inactivity is defined as no sign-in activity within the preceding 12 months.

Before any purge occurs, a notification will be sent to the registered email address. If no action is taken after the warning period, the account and all associated data — including measurements, models, tasks, and configuration — will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

To prevent your account from being purged, simply sign in before the deadline stated in the warning email.

info

Paid subscribers are not subject to inactivity-based data purges while an active subscription is in place.
